Manager of Manufacturing Operations
The Manager of Manufacturing Operations reports directly to the President and will play a key role in leading by example to continue the positive, get-it-done, everyone-pitch-in culture of the MMQCI manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be an experienced manager who enjoys diving in to perform a variety of tasks at a fast pace and taking on a hands-on role, as expected of all MMQCI managers. The Manager of Manufacturing Operations is responsible for all processes contributing to the precise manufacture of MMQCI’s high quality products, including cGMP manufacture, production, quality control testing and written documentation. The Manager will be responsible for assigning work orders and scheduling processes from manufacture through kitting of finished goods for on-time delivery. Customer Service Manager
The Customer Service Manager is responsible for the oversight of all activities performed by MMQCI’s excellent Customer Service team. Those activities include order processing, general customer assistance, technical support, and shipping worldwide, all of which must comply with MMQCI’s Quality System, based on federal Quality System Regulation 21CFR820. The successful candidate is highly organized with a strong clinical laboratory or IVD diagnostic industry background and experience managing a team. It is expected that the Customer Service Manager will rapidly develop sufficient expertise to function independently. Fill Line Assistant
The successful candidate will enjoy performing a variety of tasks at a fast pace as integral part of a team. Production Assistant supports the manufacture of products for MMQCI customers in numerous ways including labeling product tubes, bottle assembly and kitting in an accurate and timely manner to maintain inventory. The successful candidate is comfortable in a clean room laboratory environment where gowning and aseptic technique are required. He or she enjoys being well-organized, performing detailed tasks and has sufficient laboratory dexterity and experience to accurately align labels by hand. Manufacturing Technician II
The Manufacturing Technician II precisely and reproducibly manufactures and tests products according to established, detailed written procedures under limited supervision by the Manager of Manufacturing Operations. The successful candidate has a strong molecular biology background and is experienced in the manufacture of in vitro laboratory diagnostic products according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and/ or ISO 13485. The successful candidate has excellent laboratory dexterity, is well-organized and enjoys detailed work. The Manufacturing Technologist II will also be required to assist with troubleshooting clinical laboratory test systems, and product modifications and improvements. Details

Customer Service Technical Support
The successful candidate will be an energetic professional who enjoys performing a wide variety of tasks at a fast pace. Customer Service Technical Support helps MMQCI customers in numerous ways including technical assistance, order taking, marketing, and Quality Systems maintenance and improvement. The successful candidate has sufficient clinical laboratory and customer service experience to communicate effectively and cheerfully with customers to resolve their technical questions and issues. It is expected that the Customer Service Technical Support person will rapidly develop sufficient expertise to function under limited supervision. Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs Specialist I
The Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs Specialist I is responsible for activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Under the supervision of the Manager of QA/RA, the QA/RA Specialist I is responsible for the maintenance of policies, and management of procedures, that ensure quality compliance to MMQCI’s Quality System, based on federal Quality System Regulation 21CFR820. The successful candidate is experienced in using and maintaining a Quality System according to 21CFR820. It is expected that the QA/RA Specialist I will rapidly develop sufficient expertise to function independently. Shipping and Receiving Technician
The successful candidate will enjoy performing a variety of tasks at a fast pace to meet the challenges of shipping Medical Devices world-wide. Shipping & Receiving personnel support MMQCI customers, Customer Service, and Manufacturing in various ways by accurately packaging and shipping customer orders for world-wide distribution, receiving incoming supplies and updating / verifying inventory. This person enjoys being well-organized, performing detailed tasks according to established written Quality System procedures.
