How long have you been with  MMQCI and how did you first learn about our company?
                  I have been here for 5 months and  I heard about MMQCI through my university’s career page.
What are your primary  responsibilities?
                  To test the products after they  have been manufactured or filled the same way our customers would use them and  make sure they are behaving correctly, troubleshooting when we don’t get the  results within specifications, make the testing required to handle costumer  complaints, among others tasks.
Describe MMQCI in three words:
                    Teamwork, organized, friendly.
 What do you like best about  MMQCI?
                    The way everybody is willing to  help, which is especially nice when you are a new employee.
How would you describe your team?
                    Fun, hardworking
What are the toughest challenges  you’ve had at work?
                    To learn how all the systems we  use work, and the technology behind them, in order to understand the results we  obtain from each one.  Also, learning why a certain  product or procedure is not working as it should.
What has your experience been  with our company culture?
                    Very positive, I felt welcome  since the first day and everybody have been helpful and friendly.
 What do you like to do in your free  time?
                    Work out, travel, spend time with  my friends, play with my cat and read
 What’s the most unique part  about working at MMQCI?
                    Learning about the new  technologies that are being developed for diagnostic testing and the products  MMQCI designs for these new systems.
 In terms of successes, which  accomplishments are you most proud of?
                    Moving to another country to study  a Master’s in Biochemistry and finding a job that I like and that is related to  science.
What’s one thing that’s on your  “Bucket List”?
                    Visit the 7 wonders of the world
What piece of advice would you  give to your younger self?
                    Go for it. Take any opportunity  you can and apply to everything you want (student groups, internships, jobs,  sport teams), the worst think that can happen is getting a no for an answer and  you can move on to the next opportunity.
 What do you enjoy most about  working here?
                    Doing the testing, I enjoy being  in the lab.
 Where were you born and raised?
                    In Queretaro, Mexico
What’s one thing that surprised  you about your current role?
                  The variety of assays I learned, the  different technologies behind each of them and all the paperwork we need to complete  for each product.
What’s the last song you  listened to?
                    Brillas, by Leon Laguerri
What, if anything, are you  currently binge-watching? Or reading?
                    I’m reading The Raven Queen, the second  book of the Storyweaver saga from D.K. Holmberg and I’m watching the Legend of  Korra
 What is something about you that most people don’t know?
                    I practice martial arts (Brazilian  jiujitsu and Muay Thai) and I did Japanese jiujitsu back in Mexico.
What best advice can you give  someone who might be interested in joining us here at MMQCI?
